Delaware's Child Care and Development Fund Quality Infant/Toddler Targeted Fund:

FY: 2008: The Federal CCDF Quality Infant and Toddler Targeted Funds allocation is $219,202.

FY: 2006: The Federal CCDF Infant and Toddler Targeted Funds allocation was $221,774.

According to the 2007-2009 CCDF State Plans, the funds are used in the following ways to enhance the Delaware infant and toddler child care system (additional funds may be used to support these activities):

• Project RELATE, which targets professional development experiences for child care center directors and training built on DE's Core Knowledge and Competencies with substantial work relating to social emotional development.
• Contracts with state supported centers to provide comprehensive services ot eligible families.
